As a woman living life after menopause, my strength was diminished and I felt a loss of overall energy. I started Joyful Gains, and the workouts fit into my schedule. The workouts are not too long, not too short and just the right amount of intensity. After a few weeks, I was able to perform movements with much more ease and balance! The more months that have gone by , the stronger I have become! I can even do a traditional push up again. My balance has improved and my energy has returned. Coach Amber makes changes to keep things interesting AND create forward progress! Her messages (in the app) let me know “she’s watching,” and is there if I have questions.
